SunQuest Cruises’ SOLARIS Yacht

The SOLARIS Yacht took home the coveted “Best of the Emerald Coast” award in 2020 as the Best Wedding and Reception Venue. This 125′ yacht truly has it all, including 360-degree views of the Choctawhatchee Bay. In addition to the unique venue, your package includes an event planning team comprised of wedding planners, designers, florists, and an executive chef. A fine dining experience is included and you can choose from plated, buffet, or chef attended stations. The wow factor doesn’t stop there. Most of the packages already include an unlimited premium open bar. You can choose to say “I Do!” atop the open-air Sky Deck on the yacht or on a nearby beach. WaterVue at Brookstreet

Located in Fort Walton Beach, WaterVue is located directly on the water. Located just minutes away from a public beach that allows for beach ceremonies, WaterVue is the perfect reception venue with a rustic and coastal feel. The venue provides tables and chairs, as well as optional decor packages. Our team usually suggests a max capacity of 75 guests for a seated reception dinner in this space. Our Executive Chef especially loves this venue as it provides a spacious catering kitchen. Couples can pair either SunQuest’s Emerald or Diamond catering menu with this venue.

Destin Bay House

Our team absolutely adores The Destin Bay House. Located directly on the Choctawhatchee Bay, this venue offers an original Destin charm to it. With indoor and outdoor spaces, the Destin Bay House accommodates up to 75 guests. In addition to a stunning location, the venue also provides amenities to include tables, chairs, lounge spaces, ceremony details, and more. This charming venue was once one of the original homes in Destin. You can take a virtual tour online. NOTE: Since publishing this piece, The Destin Bay House has announced that they will be closing their doors at the end of June 2021. The SunQuest Beach Weddings team will forever be thankful for all of the celebrations that The Destin Bay House allowed us to partake in over the years. 

Eden Gardens State Park

This one is a little off the beaten path. Tucked away in Santa Rosa Beach is Eden Gardens State Park. Best known for their famous “wedding tree” this is the perfect venue for the Emerald Coast couple who doesn’t desire a beach wedding. The lush lawns across the park invite events of any size. Included in your event rental is the event pavilion, accommodating up to 100 guests for a seated reception. If the weather is favorable, you can also host your event outside on the paved deck or under a rented event tent. Eden Gardens is truly a blank space and ready for our wedding designers to turn it into your dream venue.

The Pointe

Stay and celebrate at one gorgeous resort! Offering weddings and events in the shoulder months, The Pointe offers two great venues within the resort located on 30A. Host your ceremony on the green lawn, located in the heart of the resort, before retreating to the open-air Rooftop Sanctuary for your reception. This lounge-style reception space overlooks Inlet Beach. Either keep the lounge furniture for a dynamic floorplan or remove the furniture and replace it with tables and chairs for a traditional feel. Wanting to celebrate on the beach? The Inlet Beach access is just across the street! In addition to a stunning venue, guests can also stay on property at the resort.
